Pros

Close to home. Co-workers are usually good to work with.

Cons

Senior level management needs to change from the top. President tries to medal in subject matters he shouldn’t be involved with, which slows down efficiencies. VPs don’t have the strength to speak up. Most people are stressed and stretched thin. Lack of acknowledgment of heavy work load, yet does not support team. Punishes people who provide constructive feedback. Senior level managemt never admits fault and tries to point the finger. traits you never want to see in your bosses and people you look up to for support and guidance.
