You can become so invested in the mission that you forget about work / life balance. Bob balance day has been a great addition to create time to reflect and recharge

Good transparency policies. Amazing hr team who dedicate themselves to providing an engaging experience and value feedback to continuously improve employee satisfaction, work life balance, etc. Much effort dedicated to ensure company culture fit when hiring new employees which helps to create a non-toxic work environment.

It’s a startup so sometimes workload can be overwhelming

music is always playing, fun stuff going around, enough place to be hanging out, shared space but always have closed rooms to book, lunch on Wednesdays, lots of activities. supporting and inspiring managers, and great coworkers to be working with.

Cons

because it's a startup, some people are not as strong as should be expected from a successful startup. but there is always new hires that rise the bar.
