Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We take your comments on gender, race & inclusivity very seriously as this goes against everything that Hibob stands and believes in. If you are a current employee we would encourage you to raise these concerns to your people team as no one should feel like they are in this environment. We are proud of our gender diversity with 45% of our team women and several employees feeling comfortable to openly identify as non-binary. The experience of our bobbers, from all backgrounds is very important for us. As we have grown to over 750 Bobbers over the past few years, this has meant that there has been a lot of work and time undertaken to mature our sales process. This has meant that some growing pains have occurred along the way, but it ultimately means our sales teams can perform at their very best and ensure Hibob continues to grow in the most efficient and sustainable way possible. The creation of our values was a world wide initiative, involving over 100 bobbers from all backgrounds and teams. We are very aware and focussed on having values that aren’t just ‘posters on a wall’ - it is now becoming part of our DNA across the business.

Thank you for your review! It’s great to hear that you feel we have an open and honest culture, something which is at the core of values and want all our Bobbers to be a part of. In regards to your comments on diversity, creating, supporting and encouraging a diverse team is at the heart of what we want to achieve. There are a number of initiatives we are taking on this journey, including the creation of our first Employee Resources Groups - or as we like to say ‘Bobber Resource Groups’. This includes our LGBTQ+ community and also our Black community at Hibob. If there is anything you have spotted that we can do better please do speak to your manager and/or people partner.
