Pros

The people at bob are what keep me doing what I do everyday. The benefits are great, and I have plenty of PTO for the year! When you need a break or time to pause, managemt is always supportive and encourages us to take care of ourselves first.

Cons

I wish more teams would share their knowledge with each other. We all have so many tools that we don't know about sometimes, and it would be helpful to be presented with these earlier on instead of finding out about them later. I realize this is hard being a global company, but not impossible. Culture and morale have been a bit low lately with the economic impact, and hoping this gets better with time!

Pros

- Lots of smart, fun, hardworking people. It's a really great vibe when we all get together - Nice office in Chelsea with standing desks, coffee/snacks, and lunch on Wednesdays - Lots of opportunities for training and access to industry events - Unique product that's shaking up the HR tech industry. Product regularly releases updates to help us compete in the US market

Cons

- The blend of hybrid and fully-remote work in the US makes it tough to feel like one team. Not unique to HiBob with so many people now working remotely - There's been a lot of sales turnover in the last year but it feels like things are starting to turn around. The reduced quotas are a huge step in the right direction - Getting things done with the team in Israel can be hard and clunky. Simple processes take longer than they should to get done

We’re happy to hear that you find our workspace welcoming and our platform unique. You're right. Flexi and hybird work models are popular, and while beneficial for some, they do create some challenge for others. We’re committed to creating life-work balance, and if any others seem more beneficial, we’ll definitely explore what is possible to create better life-work balance for our Bobbers. We’re also glad to hear that the adjustments we’ve made to quotas have helped, and we’re working on simplifying inter-office communication and processes to make life easier for all.

-Small US team -You will be apart of the next movement in HCM -Ability to work one on one with senior leadership -Onboarding/ training is incredibly detailed and in-depth

Cons

-Early stage company problems. (FIguring out office space, close quarters, for the time being, sales tools being developed in real time. )
