      Pros

      I was originally attracted to HiBob when I noticed the product they created. After meeting with leadership at the org I quickly was sold on the mission, culture and direction of the company. Having worked here for a year and a half, it has all lived up to the hype. Having worked in this industry for many years I couldn't be happier with my job, leadership and am so grateful to be along for the ride this company is on.

      Cons

      This isn't a company you should consider if you are not at the top of your game. HiBob works in a very competitive market that can be extremely rewarding however we have seen some people come and go who are not versed well enough in sales cycles and how to control and close deals. If you are well trained you will have a very successful career here.

      - HR/people team is not there for the employees - Don't believe the marketing or values - all words - Not a place for diversity - You need to speak Hebrew as its used regularly in meetings

We have built a dedicated team of HR professionals working closely with our bobbers in each of our locations to create a safe and supportive environment. We are committed to supporting all bobbers regardless of their background. We’re also really proud that we have over 12 different languages spoken at Hibob, with over 50 nationalities represented, adds to our charm and uniqueness. We appreciate that communicating with a global team has its challenges, but this is one that we are constantly wanting to improve and adapt. Living our values everyday is something that we strive to do, with the creation of our values having come from a massive global project capturing the voices of over 120 bobbers. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
