Pros

Great tech stack for the sales rep. They don't pinch pennies on providing the tools needed to perform your responsibilities. Awesome colleagues, even better managers,

Cons

Not sure where to begin...I guess at the top. The executive team has zero clue what they are doing. Talk about insanity. They keep hiring and firing AEs and praying for a different result. You're promised 70% inbound leads you get about 10-15%. This didn't bother me much, but you have to take this into account and adjust the quotas. I closed the most in the US in q3 and was laid off before q4 even ended. It's a company that claims they help and retain your most valuable assets (your people) but yet they can't retain any of their people. In addition, I had no warning, no PIP, just laid off 3 days before the holidays...

Pros

The team is full of bright and intelligent people who are always happy to help their peers. The higher management is open and employees feel comfortable commenting and asking anything. The product is great.

Cons

The TLV office is a bit crowded

We take note of your concern about rising costs – it’s a cause for concern for HiBob too. We try our best to adjust to changing circumstances whenever possible. Like many others, we are keeping an eye on the expected recession and are putting plans into place. We’d like to encourage you to reach out to your direct manager if you have specific concerns. We’d like to keep you and other employees from “wandering elsewhere”, but we can only do that if you’ve shared your concerns with those who are empowered to directly respond to you, timeously and appropriately.
