      A good mixture of people, responsive and attentive management, the day-to-day work is interesting and fulfilling and the horizon is bright as the business is booming

      Cons

      As HiBob transforms from a big startup to a more mature company, it has its reasonable growing pains, but they will also vanish at the end

      Experienced C-suite that leads from the front and is invested in the success of their teams Culture of transparency, diversity and high performance - but not at the cost of employee wellbeing Everyone works towards the same goal and as a team. No weird silo's across departments The product is seriously impressive and solves real problems. Best HRIS on the market Absolute rocketship - growth is consistently off the charts

      Pros

      Lots of exciting things happening here at Bob. Lots of room for growth and the potential to make a lot of money. The training is great and the customers we work with are wonderful.

      Cons

      With any fast-growing company, ironing out processes and things is sometimes difficult, but things happen quickly, so it's not really a concern.
