I am sorry that this was your experience but grateful for your positive feedback on our people and product. It's surely never our intention to part ways with new joiners too soon but sometimes it's apparent that we're not a good match and in these rare circumstances, we focus on how to respectfully split ways. We are hiring aggressively and have put in place the infrastructure needed to help drive mutual success. From weekly training sessions, to new hire bootcamp for Sales, and bob-boarding for all employees, we are investing heavily to ensure the long-term success of all our new joiners.
