Very welcoming organisation; one of the best HR teams. Flexible and open to suggestions and collaborations. The leadership team are very pragmatic and genuinely want the business to be successful for all that work at HiBob, it never felt like it was just about making money. The balance days were a great addition!

Cons

Holiday entitlement seems a little lacking for the UK. Lack of structured career progression framework - I believe this is coming.

Thank you so much for your feedback, it is very much appreciated. Regarding benefits and career structure, this is something that we are wanting to constantly improve and make better for everyone by listening to all bobbers. Through this we have introduced 4 company wide days off per year, ‘Bob Balance Days’. This year we are also focussing on rolling out our LMS initiative, focussing on developing our bobbers careers.
