- Great Culture feels like a big family - Great opportunities to grow - Clear mission and vision from senior leadership - Open door policy, you can speak to anyone in organisation

Cons

You can become so invested in the mission that you forget about work / life balance. Bob balance day has been a great addition to create time to reflect and recharge

Good transparency policies. Amazing hr team who dedicate themselves to providing an engaging experience and value feedback to continuously improve employee satisfaction, work life balance, etc. Much effort dedicated to ensure company culture fit when hiring new employees which helps to create a non-toxic work environment.
