Good transparency policies. Amazing hr team who dedicate themselves to providing an engaging experience and value feedback to continuously improve employee satisfaction, work life balance, etc. Much effort dedicated to ensure company culture fit when hiring new employees which helps to create a non-toxic work environment.

Cons

It’s a startup so sometimes workload can be overwhelming

Great place to work honestly. Great team spirit. So far no internal politics. There are obviously going to be favourites and bonds created as there are any place but there’s a real sense of camaraderie among the sales teams

Cons

Too much admin haha Not diverse enough I would say ethnically speaking

In regards to your comments on diversity, creating, supporting and encouraging a diverse team is at the heart of what we want to achieve. There are a number of initiatives we are taking on this journey, including the creation of our first Employee Resources Groups - or as we like to say ‘Bobber Resource Groups’. This includes our LGBTQ+ community and also our Black community at Hibob. If there is anything you have spotted that we can do better please do speak to your manager and/or people partner.
