      The investment of the company in the well-being of its people is truly inspirational

      Pros

      This company really lives up to its values of taking care of its employees and making people truly believe in what they are doing. Management knows how to choose the right candidates, because it deeply understands what it needs, on technical and cultural levels. The business is very clear about what it wants to achieve, departments are well synced and the family vibes that defines Hibob are well felt across all the offices around the world. If you get the opportunity to be part of bob, it’s a no-brainer.

      Although I am praising the company, I really can't think of anything.

      Practice what they preach

      Pros

      What you see online about the culture - blog posts, social media, the website, linkedin - is all the reality. Warm culture with the transparent and people focussed promises that you'd expect, especially since it's a company that offers a people management system. Growth and data is important, but it's clearly felt throughout senior leadership and c-suite level that the people, both employees and clients are just as important. Truly wonderful.

      Cons

      Pension could be improved but to be expected as it's a younger business. Parental leave is ok but again could have some improvement.
