We’re happy to hear that on the whole, you have a positive working experience at Hibob. We know it’s a challenging position. Some of our managers grow within the organization, which is why we put a major emphasis on investing in their development. Our People and Culture representatives work closely with our managers and we offer a large number of management courses as well as “BetterUp” coaching. We’re aware of the pressure and take action to alleviate it by introducing bob balance days. This month, we have wellbeing week. We’ve taken note of what you’ve said about mid-level management and if you have any actionable steps that you feel would be beneficial, we encourage you to share them with your People and Culture representative. Pros

Bob prides itself on putting employees first. And it's truly not a marketing plot. They care deeply about each and everyone's wellbeing. Bob is a safe place to be yourself, learn, grow, contribute. The work environment is very healthy and the atmosphere super positive. The benefits are great, salaries are good/above average and growth opportunities are abundant.

Cons

Of course, there are some growing pains with still being a fairly new company (7ish years old) but there is high investment from bob to enhance our product offering and processes.

Pros

Great people to work with. Not just manager and RnD, I'm overwhelmed with the professionality of support, sales, product. Absolutely great and fun people to work and hangout with. Cutting edge technologies. Management that listens. Development with "Can do" approach

Cons

Company is getting bigger and less intimate than used to be 2-3 years ago. If you're not "multi-tasker", you'll find the work challenging .
