      Pros

      1. The people: the most important thing is who you work with, and with bob you will find the nicest people there is: cooperative/collaborative, no ego, uplifting and inviting. It starts all the way from the top of the pyramid and trickles down to all employees. 2. The product: It is revolutionary, it brings people together yet it adheres to the demands of bigger organizations and compliance. It is also very cool to use! 3. The future: we keep growing all the time, there are great opportunities for internal growth and mobility.

      Cons

      There are hardly any downsides to working at bob.

      - Great team that got along well - Good middle management - allowed autonomy and flexibility - Smart technology with an innovative product roadmap

      Cons

      - Fairly high-pressure stretch targets - Company culture talked about in public was not fully aligned with internal reality - Not hugely invested in the learning & development of their people
