Pros

- Great culture that really fosters a great sense of community - A strong vision as we head into IPO territory - A product that is always growing - Listens to the customers - Regular updates from C Suite on goals/business objectives

Cons

- Pay is poor relative to other SaaS organisations in sales. - Far too many middle managers who are ineffective - Work life balance isn't great for IC's, becoming more stressful as the business slims it's headcount. - Career development is lacking, no clear plans for high performers.
