      It takes a village!

      Pros

      High growth potential, a lot to sink your teeth in, and amazing company culture. They do what they say here but you have to be prepared to work and work hard. Benefits are top tier given their global presence and I truly believe they have a people first mindset.

      Cons

      Super fast paced so you have to be ready. A lot of training is self paced and slightly outdated as Bob has evolved quickly through the years.

      Great people and intentions, but leadership issues hurt the culture

      Pros

      Good work-life balance, generous benefits, and strong company values on paper. Many talented, kind, and professional people across teams who are great to work with. The company genuinely aims for a “human-first” approach.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and political management at the team level. Lack of transparency, inconsistent decision-making, and limited understanding of the product/domain by direct management. HR and upper management feel disconnected from people. The team atmosphere has become toxic, characterized by high turnover and layoffs.

      HiBob is a fast-growing company with a strong product, clear vision, and genuinely smart, motivated people. Leadership is approachable, ideas are welcomed, and there’s room to take ownership and drive impact. The culture is inclusive, supportive, and international, and the company invests in both personal growth and professional development.

      Cons

      As with any scaling company, priorities can shift quickly and processes are still evolving, which can sometimes create ambiguity or require adjusting on the fly. That said, this is largely a byproduct of growth rather than a blocker.
