Working in bob, I am part of something bigger - something meaningful that makes it worth to come to the office every single day. I have grown not only as a professional but also as a person. I have met amazing people and some of them became my true friends. We all look in the same direction supporting each other in every possible way. Thanks to this job I understood what is a sense of belonging, trust and belief in hibob's mission.

As this is a start-up things are changing constantly but this is the nature of it.

This connection is crucial for success - yours and the company’s. And yes, things are changing constantly but this agility is something we welcome. From an industry perspective agility is key to innovation and on a business level, change is necessary as we begin to scale from an early-stage to mature startup. That said, change without clear guidelines and rules of engagement can be a detriment so I thank you for this comment and will focus seriously on how we can improve here.

- Very warm induction, expect to be in the spotlight for the first few days by your team including a welcome breakfast/lunch - Young and very sociable colleagues across all levels, very supportive management and willing to work with you if you encounter any problems - Very diverse with a range of backgrounds and nationalities - New office at a very convenient location in Farringdon complete with a rooftop terrace - CEO very friendly and humble

Cons

- Certainly not a con, but as a highly growing startup you will be expected to pull your weight
