Pros

Great culture and employee engagement initiatives, a supportive and collaborative environment and an amazing product with a good market fit

Cons

We need a LOT more brand awareness, people still don't know who HiBob is. It feels a bit like an uphill battle to sell to as well without brand awareness. This is a growing pain and I am sure as soon as we IPO we will be even more successful.

offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities to learn and grow quickly due to their fast-paced nature. Working at hibob can provide a sense of fulfillment as you have a direct impact on the company's success and can see the results of your efforts more immediately., amazing company culture and work life balance

Cons

growing really fast , starting to have Enterprise processes

Pros

I joined in 2023 and have been really happy with my experience to date. I've read some reviews about a lack of inbound leads, but I think that really depends on your experience/perspective as an AE. I've always come from orgs where AEs are expected to build their own pipeline rather than just be served opportunities. Some AEs don't like to do outbound and some view it as table stakes. I see AEs that are doing the right things (up and down the funnel) succeeding in the market. My expectations have been exceeded as it relates to the coaching I've received as well as management's openness to receiving and acting on feedback. They provide a good sales tech stack and continue to make investments and improvements. HiBob is at a fun inflection point and I've really enjoyed being a part of it during my time here.

Cons

I think there are some growing pains with respect to the continued move upmarket, which is to be expected. Companies that are growing quickly are going to require employees that are ready to manage change and adapt to it; if that is not a dynamic you like, it may not be a great fit.
