Incredible team and manager that knocks down internal obstacles and is a true advocate internally. Understanding how Bob fits into the market is key to success, and product market fit is expanding rapidly to new segments. Product has matured significantly since joining and road map is incredible. Really clear commitment to company values and people-first approach isn't just talk.

My job is awesome. There is always little stuff that pops up but usually it gets dealt with in time

Great people, great benefits, and amazing team building opportunities. Forgiving ramp period and very personable sales team. Managers were hands on

Cons

Lacking perspective. Some reps had full reign over territories while others had territories divided with 3 people. It gave an unfair advantage. Too focused on reps hitting high KPI requirements which resulted in many reps just padding their numbers to keep up.
