Pros

Great teams, coworkers, quarterly events / days off

Cons

BDR work is a grind and ultimately the only thing that matters is if you're hitting your metrics. Not unusual for the role, but just have to know what you're getting into and the HR tech market is a difficult sell due to technology lifecycles typically.

Pros

Truly people-first culture. Leadership invests in employees’ growth and well-being, not just as professionals but as individuals. Exciting product to represent. Bob is modern, flexible, and built with HR and business leaders in mind, which makes customer conversations impactful. Collaborative and supportive environment. Colleagues are approachable, smart, and willing to help. Opportunities to learn and stretch. Sales engineers are trusted as subject matter experts and are included in important conversations. Fast-paced and innovative—especially with AI being embedded into Bob, which keeps the role exciting and future-focused.

Cons

Rapid growth means priorities can shift quickly, which requires adaptability. Because HiBob moves fast, processes aren’t always fully standardized—sometimes you need to build as you go. Time zones and global teams can make collaboration challenging at times.
