Managers and training is very limited and very dated from a sales standpoint.

Thank you for your review. One of the biggest areas of focus for this year is continuing to invest in learning and development for both our sales teams and also our managers. This included rolling out our global sales enablement programme and well and regular management training. We acknowledge that this is work in progress as we grow.

-If you're a hard worker, plenty of room to grow and scale here! -In the US plenty of market opportunity to be seized -Most forward thinking HRIS on the market! -No micromanaging, very open to new ideas

Cons

-Outbound process still a work in progress -Market awareness in US not yet to level of competition

Great company culture Lot's of knowledgable people to learn from A lot of training so if continuous learning and growing is for you then this is your place! Great team Great management Hybrid work model Lots of collaboration

Cons

Fast paced but with that comes a lot of career and growth of opportunities 401K no match!!!!!!!!!!! Don't get election day off????????
