      -Big focus on team-work and building success together; everyone is incredibly collaborative, and always willing to help or lend a hand -Everyone is incredibly dedicated and committed to driving success for the business -Fun-loving and creative culture makes for a happy team and workplace! -Excellent earning opportunity if you're willing to put in the effort

      -There are some growing pains as processes and procedures become defined -There could be a stronger alignment between the different global offices -As expected within a start-up, you will be asked to wear a few different hats and to take care of things outside of your job description
