Firstly, I really enjoy working at Hibob, it's what I was sold during the interview and what I'm looking for. The US team - a really good group of people who want to help each other. Easy access to senior leadership Potential to be the 'next big thing' in HR systems Massive opportunity in the US market We are building the airplane as we fly it - it's exciting but not for everyone

Cons

This is a startup - expect to do things outside your job description. You are selling a concept as opposed to a fully finished solution They are still building out the organization so expect internal friction from time to time If you want to sell an established solution or only work in a role with clearly defined parameters, this probably isn't for you

Very few. An outwardly positive but rotten company.

Cons

High stress environment, many employees out for themselves only. Huge disconnect between how the company likes to present itself and how it treats employees. Incentivises employees to post positive reviews when negative ones are made.
