- Great office in Lisbon - Amazing people to work with - Good environment - Great work-life balance - Flexible hours - Above average salary and good benefits - Lots of team building social events

Cons

The only con I can think of is the 2x in the office policy, but even this is pretty negotiable if it's not possible
