      The management was the biggest reason I left

      Pros

      The product and branding are impressive. Great people.

      Cons

      1. The management created a hostile environment that undermined trust, psychological safety, and growth. 2. Feedback was often met with defensiveness or passive aggressive responses. 3. Emotional manipulation was used to control the team. 4. Micromanagement disguised as “mentorship”, autonomy was nearly impossible. 5. Public praise was used selectively to divide the team rather than unite it. 6. Leadership talks a lot about values like transparency and empathy, but my experience was the opposite. fear and power games.

      Pros

      The company truly walks the talk when it comes to putting people first, both in its product and in its internal culture. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and genuinely invested in employee growth and wellbeing. Amazing hybrid style, a perfect balance. it is fast-paced and exciting, with plenty of opportunities to take ownership and make an impact

      Cons

      As the company grows rapidly, some internal processes and systems are still catching up.
