That's not something we dismiss. Where we'd push back gently is on the idea that these challenges are ignored. We invest in people programs, mental health support, and progression frameworks, and we're continuously improving them. We do not force anyone to leave a review, and no Bobber should feel coerced into writing one they do not wish to write. Leaving a review on the platform is always entirely optional. As is good practice for generating engagement on Glassdoor, we regularly encourage all of our people to leave anonymous feedback and details of their genuine, real-life experience with us on the platform at various stages of their career journey. This is done in a bid to be as transparent as possible with future candidates about the employee experience at HiBob. We do not know which of our employees has left a company review on Glassdoor - they are always 100% anonymous, and we do not track this in any way, shape, or form.
