- Great Product - Incredible People - Performance based

Cons

Not a fun place to work. Extremely aggressive goals while attempting to break into the US Market. This puts a tremendous amount of stress on current employees which of course leads to burnout. The company could do a better job of recognizing the amazing people working with them with better training, leadership, and development opportunities.

Company is struggling in the US Limited resources to support sales None of the AEs or BDRs were even close to quota No real fit for the product in an already crowded market no differentiating features of the product

Cons

Lack of support for sales team makes their jobs unnecessarily difficult. Feedback is actively discouraged, and telling reps to "put your head down and grind" whenever they raise questions on process and strategy isn't the way to motivate your people.
