Thank you for your review. It’s great to hear that you are enjoying working with the people at HiBob - our Bobbers are our biggest asset and we want that to always be the case! We have now grown past 1000 Bobbers across the globe and this has meant some important changes have been made, including bringing in new leadership and some processes as we grow even more. We still want to create a collaborative and open environment for everyone as we grow - this includes minimising micro-management and maintaining an open and flat structure and easy lines of communication are always open for everyone. This year we launch our brand new internal mobility policy, which gives all Bobbers the structure and guidance on how they can grow and progress at HiBob.
