This includes our quarterly balance days, mental health support and a team focussed on employee wellbeing. Our compensation & benefits philosophy is that we never want to pay below market rate and want to have fair and consistent equity amongst all our teams. We take extensive care to benchmark our salaries externally across all teams. We are also open to hearing feedback on how we can improve.       An exciting time to be a bobber

      Fast-paced, ambitious vision and exceptional culture.

      Cons

      In the awkward transition period of start-up -> scale-up which has led to some processes being out of date, loss of communication through certain projects and you can feel "out of touch" with how fast the company is moving. All part of the fun in the end though.
