A lovable product, great company culture, top notch professionals and great people. A lot of growth opportunities

Cons

Headquarters are overcrowded and hard to schedule a desk, but nothing too serious other than that

We are currently in scale up mode and are moving out of our start up phase and looking to be a mature organisation with all the right functions in place as we go past 1000 Bobbers globally. Company culture, fast-paced environment, terrific and talented people. The company is under strong leadership with a clear path for success.

Cons

Some processes were inflexible causing inefficiences, but new leadership has made a lot of positive change in the past year
