2yThank you for your review. We have gone through a lot of changes in the Sales Development team as we grow and scale the business and move into the enterprise market. We are listening carefully to all of our bobbers and have made a number of changes, including introducing our new pod model and looking at the way we look at targets and quota assignment. We have and are building an environment to give everyone the opportunity to succeed and grow.

We have gone through a lot of change as we grow past 1000 bobbers globally, and as we scale into a truly global organization, our process and ways of working have had to adapt and change. The environment you describe isn’t the type of environment that represents our value and as a management team is something we work extremely hard to improve and make inclusive for all bobbers.
