Pros

I joined in 2023 and have been really happy with my experience to date. I've read some reviews about a lack of inbound leads, but I think that really depends on your experience/perspective as an AE. I've always come from orgs where AEs are expected to build their own pipeline rather than just be served opportunities. Some AEs don't like to do outbound and some view it as table stakes. I see AEs that are doing the right things (up and down the funnel) succeeding in the market. My expectations have been exceeded as it relates to the coaching I've received as well as management's openness to receiving and acting on feedback. They provide a good sales tech stack and continue to make investments and improvements. HiBob is at a fun inflection point and I've really enjoyed being a part of it during my time here.

Cons

I think there are some growing pains with respect to the continued move upmarket, which is to be expected. Companies that are growing quickly are going to require employees that are ready to manage change and adapt to it; if that is not a dynamic you like, it may not be a great fit.

Pros

This is a very exciting time to be a part of HiBob. As a marketer, it's great to be part of such a well-resourced team, with nearly 80 marketing staff members. Within our marketing department, individual teams focus on specific skill sets, enabling each person to master their craft. We have an extensive tech-stack which helps with day-to-day activities and operations. The onboarding process was thorough, and the management team are open and forthcoming with new ideas. Overall, it couldn't be a better time to be at HiBob and the office culture is next to none.

Cons

Experiencing a few growing pains which is inevitable in the midst of our company's large expansion, but it's a positive challenge to have! The holiday allowance in the UK is fewer compared to my previous experiences with other companies.

Salaries and stock options are good but could be more competitive
