Thank you for your review. There are a number of points that you raise in your review that we would love to have the opportunity to discuss further with you. It is true that we have transformed and grown a lot as a business over the past 2 years, as we raise the bar and grow in new markets and build the best HR platform around. This growth has meant that the AE role has changed in that time as well as macro and micro economic factors.

Pros

Sense of belonging, autonomy, fun events and great pay. The sales team are also representing the best HRIS on the market, it's a dream to sell a world-class product. Particularly in APJ our career growth is uncapped because of the huge success and growth of the product. Managers lead by example and genuinely practice what they preach!!

Cons

The interview process is thorough but stick with it! They choose the best of the best, which is necessary to foster the high-performing culture you'll get to enjoy. And if you've been chosen, be flattered, I bet you're amazing.

Pros

-Good benefits and pay as long as you're employed

Cons

-Current sales leadership is poor and directionless when it comes to the US. Very micromanaged work with little to no mentorship. -Expected to produce a massive amount of outbound business in a very short period of time and with little to no help. -If the extremely lofty goals aren't met, its very unlikely you will last a year in this role in the US. -Territories are extremely unfair (certain territories own around 90% of market share) -The product is well behind the competition in the US

Thank you for your review. This is a difficult read for us. We have grown and changed a lot as an organization over the last 12 months. We acknowledge that there are challenges of scaling as a global organization but our core values of being a place where people grow and can be themselves has always been at the core of that.
