      Pros

      - Knowledgeable & focused management, who support you to achieve your goals - Great onboarding (supported by our very own platform bob!) - Friendly colleagues & proper investment in culture & engagement - Career progression opportunities - Great tech stack - Cool offices & the usual startup perks!

      Cons

      - It's not a con for me but if you're a person who likes to remain at the same role for a long time & hates changes, this might not be the company for you. Hibob is growing at such a fast pace that your role will naturally evolve and might change from what was initially set to be.

      Pros

      Truly the best platform on the market currently. The roadmap is completely transparent and the team is building a next-gen tool. Even in its current state, bob is leaps and bounds ahead of their competitors Inclusive and diverse culture with a plethora of nationalities across all the sites ZERO micromanagement. Autonomy in every aspect of our role with accessible management. C-suite are all highly personable

      Cons

      Site culture has taken a hit since the pandemic. Office has been opened but it's not mandatory to go in - would like to see more of the team going in (by choice, of course!) Would be nice to have better visibility of ESOP
