      Pros

      This is a fast paces growing company with great people! Everybody keeps their ego at the door and put all their effort to build a robust and successful platform that serves a plethora of happy customers. There is a great room for career development. Bob also practices what it preaches when it comes to taking care of its people, their welfare and work balance.

      None! Highly recommended! There is the best company I worked for by far No cons whatsoever

      Pros

      I feel the company put a lot of focus on the employee’s needs, technically and mentally. The company goals and missions are transparent to all employees.

      Cons

      General growing challenges but its typical when a company grows fast, it also makes the job interesting to build new processes
