The company is on an insane growth trajectory, which is really exciting! Management is good, and the office is nice.

Cons

Do not work here unless you are open to a 100% outbound sales job. There are zero quality marketing leads that will come your way, so if you're not a true hunter, then this is not the job for you.

Pros

HiBob's best quality is its people. They are incredibly smart, diverse, proactive, collaborative, and extremely kind. I have yet to meet someone that I don't absolutely enjoy being around. The company itself is extremely healthy from a Customer NPS, money in the bank, and net new business perspective. Working for HiBob in the Us almost feels like a startup within a startup - so although we have 800 people, it feels like there's a small company feel still. Leadership is transparent and honest while not afraid to get in the trenches and lead from the front.

Cons

I can't come up with a con here, and I'm trying hard to give you something. Naturally there's challenges in working for a startup. At time's theres limited resources, people can be stretched thin, and goals are lofty.
