We have been working hard over the past year in defining our career paths for BDR’s and creating a more clear and direct route for progression and to allow visibility for all of our teams how this can be achieved. Cons

Start-up culture so long hours, things change at the speed of light, people joining and leaving all the time.

Cons

Very little cons for me, at the moment. Would be great to see more career progression opportunities, but this is very much led by the individual. Which is great.
