Solid compensation and benefits package, competitive to other SaaS companies

Cons

They often preach the idea of "bringing your whole self to work," but when it comes to upper management, there's a conspicuous absence of clear, transparent discussions about performance. It's an environment where you're expected to shoulder the workload of three individuals, yet when you make strategic decisions to allocate your time effectively and streamline your tasks (aka- no time for water cooler conversations, constant happy hours, team events, etc that suck up so much time at home), you find yourself facing the risk of termination.

Life/work balance is extremely important to us and we acknowledge that sometimes in a High Growth environment, work can quickly become extremely busy.
