Pros
It is a fast growing company and the possibilities to move up and learn more are endless. This company only promotes within and they dedicate so much time and effort into good, quality customer service and making well-rounded employees.
Cons
Only con to be honest is the pay. For my position as well as other employees, the pay needs to be a lot better with what they expect from us.
