      Self driven to network for significant resources outside of my department.

      Cons

      Department prefers to keep you restrained from any advancements, especially if you are meeting and exceeding your goals. They are too afraid to lose a good thing to another department.

      Great work life balance. Office empty by 5 and had flexibility to work from home as often as I wanted

      Company betting on websites. All other products being terminated. With $3 billion in debt the banks are taking over and I fully expect massive layoffs. March 2013 Hibu had a huge round of layoffs and I expect the next round to be brutal. Think French Revolution with blood in the streets. The new CEO was originally hired by the banks to be the chief restructuring officer. A CEO who was hired to get the banks what they want. Company could be great place to work if the threat of layoffs did not have employees in constant fear. Barely a week went by when someone did not mention the fear of a layoff. Environment was pretty toxic.
