      Dazed and Confused....the Hibu Way

      Pros

      In Hawaii, you can stay on your base salary, not sell a new for 6 months and still get promoted! Or, be an ASM do nothing, manage nobody and be a star!! I have been here for a fair run, and will stay as I do not have to work, go to the office, or worry about the local inept division manager knowing anything about running a sales team. I've been on a highly paid vacation for the past several years....and am at peace, as I have packed a golden parachute.

      Cons

      Hibu starts new programs after all other companies have moved on.....they killed their own print market, didn't have any internet products that produce results,

      Pros

      Good training. Good place for someone right out of College that needs to be MOLDED.

      Cons

      Low pay. Poor commission plan. Micro-managing; unrealistic goals set to achieve; management doesn't care about employees; not very diverse (people). Not a place for advancement (CHURN and BURN).

      Pros

      Independent position where direct management leaves you alone to handle your own business.

      Cons

      Constant threat of being terminated if you do not hit your new business quota each month. Year round deployment leaves you with no print renewals half of the year and thus very little opportunity for consistent commissions. They completely ignore their current customer base who is responsible for 70% of the company's revenue.
