This is not the pkace for career advancement. When I started working there, the person who trained me said they only come for the pay check. When it gets to that point, you know its bad. First, the wages are far below average, especially for the amount of work you are doing. The process to do your work is terrible. When you are using three to four programs for documentation, it's a mess. Management plays favorites which leads to little job advancement for most. The work environment seems like working at a retail store than in a corporate office(half an hour lunch breaks, if you are late more than 7 minutes more than 6 times within 90 days you will be written up, etc.). Not an ideal place to work.
