Pros

Sells industry-best products and services and takes really good care of their clients. I’ve worked with a lot of digital marketing people and Hibu is easily the best in their space. I really can’t say anything bad about them because even as far as big corporations go they are extremely laid back people nationwide. They have a rigorous hiring process to ensure such an atmosphere.

Cons

The industries that they prefer to work with or are more reasonably able to turn a profit on feels limited sometimes. This isn’t a bad thing but their application and hiring process is longer than most companies and it can take several months. They just invest so much time and money into every new employee and also making sure every person is the right fit personality wise too. I think the benefits of this long process far outweigh the time scale but if you’re pressed for time on a fast career change *RIGHT NOW* then Hibu probably isn’t the best bet.

You might make a few sales, but leads and territories are recycled heavily. The company is growing so a lot of new opportunities

leads, reviews and depends your manager or the amount of growth you'll see

Pros

Freedom to choose where you put most of your time in prospecting and what areas around the city to prospect. You can make good money.

Cons

After the sale we are not trained on how to manage or deal with disappointed customers. When mistakes on the backend of marketing were made, there was no accountability and we did not do our best to help retain the client, resulting in bad reviews and reputation. It was worse than pulling teeth to get my clients a refund over poorly managed campaigns
