Pros

I’ve been with Hibu for 4 years now, and I can confidently say this is where I’ve found my career home. Starting as a sales rep and now in a sales manager role after 5 promotions, my journey here has been nothing short of incredible. The growth opportunities are real and based on your hard work and dedication. What truly makes Hibu special is the people. I’ve had the chance to work with some of the most supportive, motivated, and positive individuals. The culture here is uplifting, team-oriented, and you never feel like you’re on your own. As a single mom, work-life balance is incredibly important to me — and I’ve found that here. Leadership is understanding, the flexibility is empowering, and I’ve never had to choose between being a present parent and a successful professional. Hibu rewards effort, encourages growth, and surrounds you with a team that genuinely wants you to win. If you're looking for a place where you can build a career, make great money, and still have time for your family — this is it.

Cons

Work hard play hard. You have to have good work ethic and able to build relationships and maintain them with your clients

Pros

Could possibly make money if you stay longer than 6 months

Cons

When they let you go there will be no letter, no actual call, no communication and you'll still have access to everything They don't pay out PTO and won't pay out your "activity" bonus that you earned if they let you go prior to the pay date. Find another company! They hire in waves and see who sticks because the structure is awful Salesforce is more important than your actual job Nobody will tell you what you need to do Expectations are insane and impossible to hit.

Pros

Excellent training and product portfolio to sell from.

Cons

Many businesses have already had bad experiences with Yellowbook/Hibu and won't want to talk to you...Or worse, they'll yell at you, chase you out of their business, complain about their former past marketing failures through their last Hibu rep.
