If you understand digital marketing, this company is not for you, if you a novice to digital marketing, cool! Get ready for hard-core micromanagement, be prepared to always share your screen, and tracking from your phone on your whereabouts. Bad management, always grinding for sales. The commission program always changing, everything changed, and it was difficult to meet their requirements. You can be a goal and exceed, but you did not meet certain criteria, and before you know it you are always earning a base salary. The product is not good at all, During my time here, all I got were customer complaints, and cancellations, most of your time will be turning out fires, while management is grinding you. My reputation with companies I've dealt with is bad. This company has ruined my reputation locally in the area I live and work in. Do your research before applying to hibu. Let me just say this company is one of the worst out there. Hibu has a terrible work culture and the training is horrendous. After two weeks of learning the lingo they throw you out there with a book of business filled with angry customers who are looking to cancel. Hibu is terrible at maintaining relationships with their customers and they want you to take all the heat. Not only that but management has no idea what the hell they are doing. They belittle you for asking questions and talk down to the team during their Huddles. Commission structure is meh and they continue to mess with it to keep more $$ for the company. Honestly get in, get some experience, and them high tail it the heck out of there.
