Training Program is top notch!

Immediately after training was completed expectations were doubled. Failure to meet those expectations (which nobody does) resulted in a 30% pay decrease and a written warning where expectations were doubled once more. Keep in mind this is just a few months into the position. At 3 months I was in the top 15 in tenure on a team of 40. Hibu only wants you for your contacts that produce immediate results and then drops you to the wayside to get new employees with more new contacts. Do not believe their lies and promises. Do not be a pawn in their game. This is coming from a Sales Executive with 10+ years of sales experience.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We find some inconsistencies with your comments. New hires have a 6-month ramp-up to full objective out of training and many new hires meet and/or exceed their objectives. If employees are not meeting objectives their base pay is lowered; however you failed to mention commissions are raised allowing employees the opportunity to hit the same target earnings. The last four consecutive years Hibu has been name one of Selling Powers Top 50 Companies to Sell For, the list is compiled based on data gathered on three broad categories within each business: Compensation and Benefits, Hiring, Sales Training and Enablement, and Customer Retention. We also believe that our company and sales culture plays a large role in our ranking year after year. Best of luck in your future endeavors!

Pros

People were nice and helpful. Training was very good. Expectations were clear. Bonuses were good (when paid)

Cons

Everyone was always stressed out. Managers push employees to the brink and there is a very quick turnover. Bonus structure was changed ALL THE TIME, without employee consent. Responsibilities were absurd for the pay.

Pros

Working from your home office. Making your own schedule. Can be a good learning experience on what to watch for when career hunting.

Cons

Management cares for you until you don’t perform to their liking. Whether that be hitting numbers, or acting fake on the zoom calls. Products are lacking compared to other marketing companies, and the people they hire to build a campaign for a business are not, up to par.
