Pros

Great sales training. Strong company values. If you stay past a year you will not want to leave. Management at territory level all the way up are very awesome, engaged, and approachable. They will provide you with many tools. Expect to work over 40 a week for the first year or so but it will pay off. You will build yourself a good sales pipeline and book of business... this leads to a great work life balance - if your willing to go the distance those first several months.

Cons

This industry is extremely competitive. Tons of other competitors at a local and national level. Great for those who have many connections in their community already. Expected to retain business but their comp plan is more focused on new business. The prospects are open to all employees as long as there has been over two weeks since last contact. I find this rule can effect working relationships and team selling but it also does allow for more prospects to be touched more frequently. However, this is the first job I have had where the only friend I have in the company was in my training and is hours away.

Pros

Good to get enough experience on your resume to move on to a better place. Could be an ok work environment and most of the people were entertaining.

Cons

The company will always go forward quantity over quality, but as someone dealing with the customers it can be hard to stand behind the product.

Base Pay and Benefits are good

Cons

Sales reps are not valued no matter how much they sell. Objectives are always increasing to unattainable amounts and commission is so confusing always a disadvantage to sales rep.
