- Amazing training program, - Consistent support from trainers and higherups, as well as senior reps. Many people make themselves available to you for anything from advice, to technical knowledge, to pick-me-ups - Great efforts taken to build community and teamwork, even in a completely remote position - Amazing management in DFW - We sell excellent products, and solutions that really work. Selling gets a little easier once you have a few clients that are humming along and seeing the results you promised - A meritocracy. Results are rewarded, and promotions and advancement come to those who perform

Cons

- The commission tier levels are hard to stay on top of.] - Before the awesome manager took over, it was easy to feel kind of out on an island. This job would be really tough without a good RM. - Some processes with support could probably be improved, as could resources for account management. - With all the emphasis on new sales, you must be a highly motivated person of integrity to hold on to what you sell, and compensation can suffer as you figure out the right balance

Great training, supportive culture, vast resources, reimbursed travel expenses, uncapped commissions, sales support from senior sales reps, provided prospect lists.

Cons

Must use personal phone and vehicle. Selling digital marketing to business owners is far more difficult than it would seem even if you have the perfect plan at the perfect price point. Lots of cold calling and swinging doors.
