Pros

Good people who honestly want to do great things.

Cons

Hibu is dealing with tough market conditions as it relates to print directories. Upper management is trying anything to right the ship. Unfortunately when I left they were pushing new products offerings to their customers and prospects before they were ready. This lead to lots of angry customers and canceled orders.

Pros

Comfortable atmosphere and decent facilities. On the plus side of the bad situation is that there are so many inconsistencies at the job, no one can get fired for failing because everyone failing is at something.

Cons

Absolutely no upward mobility. If the company doesn't outright remove a management position if someone leaves the company, they pull in people from other departments that have no experience with the particular team they're now managing and have to be taught how to do their job by their subordinates. Mismanagement of priorities and setting bogus goals for micromanagement purposes instead of addressing real issues that data actually supports.
