      Pros

      Great company to work for when it was the Yellow Pages. Many perks and bonuses for meeting goals. Managers were great for the most part. They offered plenty of help in achieving overall goals for individual and team goals.

      Cons

      Micro-management, camaraderie was lost once Yellow Pages started to fizzle out and businesses turned to digital media vs print advertising. The YP industry could not compete in the Digital Media arena for a period of time causing loss of customer base, and failure to meet projected goals therefore making it impossible to sell to existing new business owners a renewal or new program that was not as competitive in the market at the time.
